repeatable workflow
Sentinel connects report composition, project queries and configured delivery channels in one operational workflow
1. Define the report and its audience
Choose the business question, the relevant queries and the authorized recipients. Build the report with headings, text, KPIs, charts, tables and other available blocks.
2. Preview before delivery
Inspect the content and layout before scheduling. The governance pilot includes a report-preview workflow with recorded checkpoints and output validation; creating a preview does not send the report.
3. Configure channels and timing
Use the configured email or WhatsApp channel and the schedule appropriate to your operation. Integration and recipient setup are required before reports can be delivered.
4. Inspect the delivery record
Execution and delivery records help administrators review what happened. Provider acceptance is a different event from recipient delivery or reading; uncertain attempts require administrative inspection.
5. Continue the conversation
Authorized WhatsApp users can ask follow-up questions by text or audio. The platform resolves the permitted agent and project context, and audio input returns a text answer in the standard configuration.
